Valley. We welcome you to become a part of an association
which strives to deliver the highest levels of hospitality
to our guests in a region known for its dedication to

application packet.

Inn Membership Criteria:
- Inn's must be compliant with local and federal laws and be current with TOT payments annually.
- Inns must be properly licensed to operate annually.
- City or county business license if applicable.
- Must be licensed and inspected annually local jurisdiction.
- Must have satisfactory inspection by AAA, ABBA, CABBI, MOBILE or BBINVannually.
- Innkeepers deliver a consistent experience of excellence in service.
- Must have a website with a registered URL.
- Must have high resolution digital images of hotel and innkeeper if applicable.
- Must have high resolution digital image of logo if applicable.
- Membership to Webervations is included in annual membership fees. Inns must participate in Webervations reservation service and update guest room inventory every 48 hours, unless other reservation services is preferred, in which case a link to said service must be provided.
- Must grant reproductive and royalty free rights to use of photographs, logos and promotional verbiage on Inns for BBINV and the BBINV marketing and public relations agencies of record for marketing the BBINV association and independent Inns within the association - which include rack cards, brochures, newsletters, invitations, direct mail, display prints, print publications, online publications, consumer direct marketing, email marketing, website design, television and broadcast video and promotional advertising for the association.
- Must grant administrative access of the member’s homepage to the BBINV webmaster for referring link maintenance.
- Innkeepers agree to refer associate member businesses to guests.
- Must comply with BBINV Bylaws.
- Application subject to Board Approval.
- Membership subject to Board quarterly review.
